Selecting
your Leopard Gecko

make your selections. All animals are on a first come first serve basis and the
website is updated daily to ensure safety in selection. If you have any

Payment
PayPal is by all means our preferred
method of payment because it’s fast, secure, and safest for both parties. It
also can provide receipts for business needs. We do also accept money orders,
cashier's checks or personal checks.
Note – Personal Checks and money
orders are subject to clearance with our Banks prior to shipment. Please make
any checks Payable to: Michael or Summer Johnson. Do not send cash via
mail. Complete payment is due prior to any shipment.
Holds
Animals
may be held for up to 7 days without deposit if proper contact has been made
and agreed upon. A non-refundable 25% deposit will hold the animals for 2
weeks. Animals can be held for up to six weeks (or longer if agreed upon) if
full payment is rendered.
Shipping
Shipping Geckos are shipped via FedEx Next Day
Air. Shippig is a flat fee of $35.00 for up to 2 geckos and $45.00 for up to 4 Geckos. Orders over 5 Geckos will require specific quoted amounts. We do not mark up Freight Charges.
All shipments are packed in heavy-duty, corrugated boxes with styro-foam insulated inserts,
clearly labeled "KEEP WARM (depending on seasonal conditions), LIVE
HARMLESS GECKOS, FRAGILE- PERISHABLE". Heat /cold packs will be used
when appropriate based on the weather/temperature forecast for the shipment
origin, destination and FedEx sorting hub.
Someone must be present to receive
the delivery and signature is required. This ensures animal safety and allows
us to confirm receipt time and location. All FedEx Next Air Deliveries are
guaranteed by FedEx to arrive at or prior to 10:30 AM.
FedEx may not have overnight service to
all cities, and/or have limitations to guarantee their service.
We ship orders on Monday, Tuesday,
and Wednesday to avoid any possibilities of shipment delay over the weekend,
when live delivery cannot be guaranteed.
If you are in the Tampa Bay Area,
local pickups can be arranged to save on shipping cost.
We
reserve the right to postpone shipping if weather temperatures are extreme to
ensure the safety of the animal.
Shipping
costs are NOT refundable.
Guarantee
All
animal purchased will be completely healthy and feeding well upon shipment. Any
physical deformities will be disclosed prior to purchase. Live shipment is
guaranteed and conditioned upon proper and timely delivery by FedEx, with
customer presence and signature received at the time of delivery.
Although our deliveries indicate that a signature is required, FedEx may leave
the package without notification to you; so check your doorstep or specified
delivery area often in case your order arrives un-announced. We are not
responsible for FedEx related issues causing non-live deliveries. Gender is only
guaranteed on geckos over four months old. Animals that are sold as 100%
Hets are guaranteed to actually be heterozygous for that trait.
Reporting
a Problem
Please contact us as soon as possible
with any issues regarding delivery. If by chance your gecko has passed away
during the delivery process, please take a picture of the animal and email it
to us within 48 hours. Our liability for the animal ceases 48 hours after
delivery and guarantees are void at that time. So please contact us immediately
if there are any issues or questions. We want to make delivery of your
Celebrity as smooth as possible and will do everything we can to ensure a
positive customer experience. The best way to guarantee this is to keep in
contact with us. We both carry PDA devices and receive all emails instantly.
